At Steele. label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the front of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or credit within 5 business days of receipt.
